Last Week's Race Results

With the second of our two original club founders now residing in the Midwest, Santa Cruz Endurance has been undergoing some changes. But last week's race results show that nothing has changed on the race course as SCE members continued to put up great running and swimming performances.

On Thursday, Dan Wirls and Elizabeth Dane Stampley took to Stevens Creek Reservoir for the first Splash and Dash series race. Dan took first overall and Liz came in 4th for the women.

Saturday morning's rain didn't stop Ryan Hoffman and Max Selleck from taking on the trails out at the
Nisene Marks Marathon, Half-Marathon & 5K Run. Ryan won the half in a very solid 1:28:11. After already running the Boston and Big Sur Marathons this spring, Max completed another challenging marathon course, finishing 14th overall and 3rd in his age group.

It's a nice start to the new SCE era!
